This is another violet I got almost 2 years ago when I ordered the leaves. It is finally blooming as you can see. I had a hard time getting a good picture. Its a very light violet color. Not impressed with the flower color but I do love the leaves that are varigated(-:

Those leaves ARE pretty, Cindee. I looks almost like a pinkish color with the green. My African Violets got eaten by my kitty. I would like to get more, but, he destroys everything! Every so often I break down and buy an indoor plant. Eventually, they get chewed up too...it gets frustrating having to put them out of the way, since I don't have any good places except where he knows how to reach!!! Happy Valentines day, Cindee;-)
Those leaves are striking. I'll have to look for one for my mom. She loves AV's and is very good at raising them.

Oh, Cindee how gorgeous is she. I love variegated leaves on violet. I can hardly wait to see blooms on my babies but it may be a while yet if yours took two years. I have to write down Nancy for future leaves to get.
I love to mix up varigated shrubs in the flower beds to add interest and variety.
